Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Agreement and authority

These terms apply when you create or use a Central Matrix account. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that organization. An executed Order Form or negotiated agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.

Service and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use individual accounts, enable appropriate security controls, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners are responsible for users, roles, integrations, collection forms, and lawful instructions given to the service.

Our data commitment

Your data stays yours

Central Matrix does not sell, rent, trade, advertise with, or make client data public. We process it only to provide and secure the service, carry out documented client instructions, support authorized users, and comply with applicable law.

Access is limited

Tenant and role controls separate workspaces and limit records to authorized users.

Disclosure is controlled

Data is disclosed only as authorized, as needed by approved service providers, or when legally required.

Protection is continuous

Secure sessions, private storage, backups, monitoring, audit records, and incident procedures protect the service.

No online service can promise zero risk. Our commitment is to minimize risk, restrict access, respond responsibly, and communicate material incidents according to the client agreement and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not break laws, violate rights, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, probe other tenants, overload the service, resell access without permission, or use the service for emergency dispatch, clinical decisions, or other life-critical operations.

Client data

You retain ownership of client data and grant Central Matrix the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for legal basis, notices, consent, data quality, minimization, and responding to people whose data you collect.

Confidentiality and security

Central Matrix treats client data as confidential and uses it only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service, follow documented client instructions, or comply with law. We do not sell client data or disclose it to other clients or the public. Access by personnel and approved service providers is limited to legitimate purposes and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Plans and payment

Paid plans may be settled manually through the payment methods shown during purchase. Access starts only after the transfer is verified. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge; customers must make and submit each renewal payment manually. The displayed price, billing period, taxes, and cancellation terms presented when you request payment form the applicable commercial commitment.

Availability, cancellation, and termination

Customer-requested cancellation is immediate and ends paid and write access at once. Users may continue to sign in and view stored data in read-only mode. Authorized workspace administrators may export workspace data for 30 days after cancellation. After that window, exports require an authorized support request. Cancellation alone does not permanently delete stored data; permanent deletion requires an authorized deletion request and follows the applicable retention process. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address material breach, or prevent harm. Support targets, warranties, liability limits, and governing law are defined in the applicable Order Form.

Contact and changes

For support, privacy, or legal requests, email support@centralmatrix.net. Material changes will be notified in advance where required; continued use after their effective date constitutes acceptance.
