Our data commitment

Your data stays yours

Central Matrix does not sell, rent, trade, advertise with, or make client data public. We process it only to provide and secure the service, carry out documented client instructions, support authorized users, and comply with applicable law.

Access is limited

Tenant and role controls separate workspaces and limit records to authorized users.

Disclosure is controlled

Data is disclosed only as authorized, as needed by approved service providers, or when legally required.

Protection is continuous

Secure sessions, private storage, backups, monitoring, audit records, and incident procedures protect the service.

No online service can promise zero risk. Our commitment is to minimize risk, restrict access, respond responsibly, and communicate material incidents according to the client agreement and applicable law.

How support protects your data

Support will never ask for your password, recovery code, or full API key. Any access needed to investigate an authorized request is limited to the minimum necessary scope and legitimate support or security purpose. Do not send beneficiary records or other sensitive files by ordinary email; use a secure channel agreed with the support team.

Security incidents

Mark suspected account compromise, unauthorized data access, exposed credentials, or malicious files as urgent. Workspace administrators should revoke affected sessions and integration keys immediately while contacting support. Central Matrix will investigate and contain reported incidents, preserve relevant evidence, and notify the designated client contact as required by the client agreement and applicable law.

Service incidents

For outages, report the affected workflow, number of users, whether the issue is ongoing, and any safe reproduction steps. Availability targets, response times, escalation contacts, maintenance notice, and business hours are defined in the client Order Form.

Data and privacy requests

Users should first contact their workspace administrator. Administrators can request export, correction, retention, or deletion assistance through the contractual support channel.
